Central Brevard Art Association has selected graduating Viera High School student, Mary Angelie Villacampa, to receive our 2009 Youth Scholarship Award.  Angelie was chosen to receive the $500 award based on her tremendous artistic talent as well as her scholastic achievement and desire to pursue a degree in the art related field of interior design.  The award will be presented at CBAA's June general meeting on Saturday the 6th at El Charro restaurant.  She will also receive a $25 gift certificate to Art Supply of Melbourne donated by Ralph Sanders, as well as a one year free membership at CBAA.

Central Brevard Art Association (CBAA) is an organization of local artists from Brevard County who enjoy participating in the learning of the techniques in many artistic venues such as oil, acrylic and water color painting, mixed media, sculpture of clay, ceramic, wood and glass.
We provide many opportunities for members to exhibit their work in public spaces and art shows. Art classes and workshops are available at the studio for persons interested in learning and developing the methods of producing fine art.
